Sal's Autoworks is the ONLY authorized installer and builder of Applied Torque Solutions (ATS) Transmissions in the Tri-State area.

Given the rise in popularity and availability of the GR Supra / B58 platform vehicles, we here at Sal’s Autoworks have partnered with Applied Torque Solutions to put together 4 tried-and-tested 8HP45/50/51 Transmission packages, ranging from mild street to wild track applications.

Starting with an initial client consultation, our professionals are well-equipped to discuss your performance goals with you and develop a roadmap to achieve those goals. By developing and testing these packages, we can eliminate your guesswork and stick to what works for a seamless driving experience.

8HP45/50/51

The smallest body 8hp in its stock version is not capable of much, but after any of the ATS stage upgrades you will be ready to take on whatever may come your way. Whether you daily your car, or live at the track or drag strip we have a build for you. Every unit is completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected for any worn parts.

All ratings are wheel horsepower and wheel torque and are based off our testing. They are not guaranteed and will vary depending on abuse, lack of care, and maintenance. Stage 0 is meant for street car applications due to the fact it retains your stock cast E hub and can break during abrasive driving in 2nd gear.
